WHAT IS THIS ?

The Roxy Nails Paris Creators fund is a remuneration program offered to our users allowing them to monetize their video content highlighting the Roxy Nails Paris brand and its products on the TikTok and Youtube social networks. The Fund aims to reward our customers who participate directly or indirectly in the promotion of our products.

HOW IT WORKS ?

REMUNERATION

To thank our community, we have decided to offer you the best remuneration for all platforms and brands!

Remuneration is defined according to the following scales:

Detailed compensation example for a TikTok video with 100,000 views

If your TikTok video has 100,000 views, you will receive a payment of €160 according to the following calculation rules:
- €30 for the first 10,000 views of your video (10,000/1000x3=€30). This is the number of views eligible for tranche 1 remuneration.
- 80€ for views of your video ranging from 10001 to 50000 ((50000-10001)/1000x2=80€). This is the number of views eligible for tranche 2 remuneration.
- 50€ for views of your video ranging from 50001 to 100000 ((100000-50001)/1000x1=50€). This is the number of views eligible for tranche 3 remuneration.
Detailed example of remuneration for a Youtube video with 25,000 views

If your Youtube video has 25,000 views, you will receive a payment of €125 according to the following calculation rules:
- 25000/1000*5=125

Unlike TikTok or Youtube creator funds, all of your organic views will be counted ! Moreover, our program is completely compatible with the other creative funds of the platforms!

There is no limit to your earnings : the more views you have, the more you get paid!

You can also post several videos each month and the totality of the views of each of your videos will be taken into account.

 

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, make sure you meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • The video must be in French
  • For Youtube: the video must contain the name of the brand in the title of the video and the link to our website in the description.
    For TikTok: the video must contain the hashtags #roxynails and #roxynailsparis and the tag @roxynailsparis
  • The video must focus on the Roxy Nails Paris brand and products, and promote them directly or indirectly, in order to share your discovery and your satisfaction and to make viewers want to discover our brand in turn.
  • It is prohibited to promote other brands in videos
  • It is prohibited to share an affiliate promo code in the video or below the video (including in comments or in the form of hashtags).
    Our creative background is not compatible with our affiliate program for our ambassadors. You can definitely join both programs, but you cannot use both programs at the same time for the same video.
    For example, you can use the ambassador program for Reels or Instagram stories or for word of mouth, and the Creator background for your TikTok and Youtube videos.
  • All rules and conditions mentioned in the terms of use of the program must be respected. In particular, you must send us the code of the video giving us the necessary authorizations for its use and sharing on our own social networks within 24 hours following the publication of the video

FAQs

How are views counted?

Unlike the TikTok creator background, all organic views are counted without exception. This therefore means that only views purchased or obtained through an advertising boost are not counted.
My video was not accepted, why?

Care must be taken to comply with all the general conditions of the program.

For example, videos that talk about another topic or those where you just wear our false nails without talking about it will not be taken into account.

You must also be sure to complete the membership form and include the sharing code as soon as the video is published to validate your participation, otherwise your video will not be accepted.
Why do I need to provide you with access or permissions for my video to be considered?

The advertising code for the video must be sent to us within 24 hours of posting. This first allows us to certify that you are the author or owner of the video in question.

Secondly, these permissions will allow us to monitor statistics in more detail to ensure that the views are authentic.

Finally, these permissions allow us to promote and boost the video if your video is ever selected.
When and how will I be paid?

Every first day of the month, you will receive the payment corresponding to the amount of funds accumulated during the previous monthly period, calculated and payable in euros.

Please note, to receive a payment, the total amount of funds owed to the Creator must be equal to or greater than the minimum payment threshold of 10.00 EURO. All transfers to the creator's payment account must be equal to or greater than 10.00 EURO, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Roxy Nails Paris in its sole discretion.

When you submit a video through the form above, you will need to choose a payment method (PayPal, transfer or credit) and fill in your payment information (IBAN or PayPal address).
Is there a maximum monthly earning limit?

No, there is no limit or ceiling for your earnings, which will therefore only depend on the views of your videos!

However, in order to avoid abuse and spam, only five videos per month, per user and per platform can be eligible for the Fund (ie five for TikTok and five for Youtube). You can submit more than five videos per months in our Program but only your five videos which generated the most views will be taken into account in the calculation of your remuneration.
Is there a minimum number of subscribers required?

No ! Our program is open to all our users as long as they are adults!
Where can I find examples of videos to make?

We repost the best videos from our community on our @roxynailsparis and @roxynailsclub accounts. You can also take inspiration from our own videos or our tips for a viral video.
What is the difference between the creator fund and the affiliate program? Can I join both programs?

The affiliate program is another way to monetize the promotion of our products by talking about them to those around you. It allows you to earn 10% commission on sales generated by your promo code, while offering 10% discount to your affiliate.

The creator fund has remuneration based solely on the number of views of your videos, regardless of the number of sales they generate.

The creative background is not compatible with our affiliate program for our ambassadors. You can definitely join both programs, but you cannot use both programs at the same time for the same video. For example, you can use the ambassador program for Reels, blog articles, Instagram stories or even word of mouth, and the Creator background for your TikTok and Youtube videos.
