How to remove them?

J’adore cette couleur qui fait plus discrète que les roses . Les capsules tiennent vraiment bien . Je les ai gardes 7 jours mais j’aurais pu les garder plus longtems. C’est juste que j'avais envie de changer de couleur. Je n’ai pas de lave vaisselle et je vais à la piscine, sauna et hamam tous les jours
